| Senior Management | | | | The direction of Goldie Mohr Ltd. continues to evolve, starting as a trucking company in the 1960’s its founder Goldie Mohr built the company into the competent and busy Trucking and Heavy Civil General Contractor that it is today. Currently, Deborah Mohr-Caldwell is the owner and active Vice President and Director of Goldie Mohr Ltd. Debbie leads the Joint Health and Safety Committee, the WSIB Civil Construction Safety Group corporate liaison, as well as architect of Goldie Mohr Ltd.’s future. Debbie also represents Goldie Mohr Ltd. as a member of the Board of Directors of both the Canadian Association of Family Enterprise (President of Ottawa Chapter) and the National Capital Heavy Construction Association. The operation of Goldie Mohr Ltd. falls under the watchful eye of Ann McKenna. Ann started out as a dispatcher in the early years of the company and is now the President and Controller of Goldie Mohr Ltd. Ann provides the leadership role for accounting as well as overseeing equipment purchasing and inventory operations. Ann is a graduate of the University of Windsor.
