The command and control of all onsite activities falls to Terry Dwyer, Jamie Campbell and Mike Thompson. We believe the daily activities of our labour force and subcontractors, must be directed by competent individuals.

Terry Dwyer has been involved in the construction industry for 20 years in various capacities. As well as working for the MTO, Terry has supervised many successful commercial excavation projects, road building and erosion control projects with Goldie Mohr Ltd.

Jamie Campbell has been involved in the onsite management of construction personnel in the construction industry for 15 years. Jamie has a long and successful history of handling multiple projects at once as well as completing various environmentally sensitive projects without incident.

Mike Thompson has vast experience working throughout Ontario in road construction. With Goldie Mohr Ltd, Mike has supervised development projects, city of Ottawa Transit Way construction and various road building projects.

The construction team is complimented with the expertise of John Hermans, Stephen Rumleskie and Irwin Andrews.
